Amersham Museum in Old Amersham

Amersham Museum is an award winning, accredited local history museum, located in a historic building. The charity’s mission is to collect and preserve a collection that tells the story of our local community, and to use the collection for people to learn, create and engage with others. The museum is open Wed-Sun 12 noon-4.30pm from February to December. There is a wide-ranging programme of informal activities, including guided walks, talks, reminiscence sessions, an after-school art club for children and family activities in holidays. This is complemented by a full programme for schools.
